Anyone know the part number for the small trunk spoiler included in the aero kit. The body shop working on my car is having a hard time finding it.

Aero kit doesnt come with a lip spoiler....it comes with a gurney flap that goes on top of the wing but not the lip of the trunk. And Rexpeed makes OEM replacements.

Mine is a 2008...The aero package for this year came with the low wing (lancer wing) and the trunk spoiler among the other aero package goodies. The big wing wasn't available unless you got the SSS package. All other years were different...

Looking for OEM. The OEM trunk spoiler is bolted on believe it or not. A taped on spoiler from Rexpeed would be my last resort...

 

ive never heard of the one ur talking about as oem do you have a part number for it? Also just have the body shop glue it to the trunk since it wont be removed.

 

Right I knew the little wing was standard but from what I remember the big wing was only on the MR and there were no lip spoilers until the big wing went down to the GSR and the MR got the little wing as standard. The aero kit was a part of SSS and only included the side skirts that later became standard, the gurny flap and the front lip.

They have the lip spoilers and the part numbers for each color.

 

I thought it was, but the MR spoiler is smaller and sits on top of the trunk. This one is on the corner and is bolted to the trunk.

If I can't find the number I'm just going to try and see if the shop will go with the rexpeed one...

 

I could be wrong though...Let me do some more research. The schematic pics differ from the actual pics on a google search for the MR touring model. The MR touring model pics look like it's the right one...
