So did a change with rotella t6 5w40 and k&n wrench off hp1010 and afterwards the engines ticking louder than usual. Is this normal?

I didn't notice a difference. The ticking has always been loud after it's been running since it was brand new.

I've been running M1 0w-40 for 15k now and really like it. But one thing I just found out is that the sulfated ash % is like 1.5 compared to M1 5w-30 which is 0.6%. This kind of concerns me now, since this value kind of gives you an idea how much deposits you'll have down the road from what I understand. Anyone with a little further input?
