P0134 help!!

After getting cams installed and a protune my car started to throw code P0134. I replaced the O2 sensor (front) today but the code popped up 30 minutes after picking the car up. Here's a description of the code:

Typically caused by a failing or failed front O2 sensor, a poor electrical connection on the front O2 sensor, or damaged wiring between the front O2 sensor and ECU.

I drove the car for several weeks before I had the sensor replaced. It ran fine besides running rich. I don't know what other steps to take or if I should check other stuff before sending it to my mechanic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Were you able to clear the code after you replaced the sensor? It should go away after you replaced it but try clearing it anyway and see what happens.

Cleared it three times. SES light came on after the tune. Im coming up for my 90k maintenance. Since the car is gonna be worked on I'll have a series of other tests performed on it to rule out any other possibilities. Saw two posts about this situation from the past so im gonna follow their path first.
