Anyhow, back at the topic. I'm sorry that happened to you, I've been hit and run'd before in my RX7, I chased the guy down and cap'd his plates with my phone. ****er wasn't getting away from me.

I pressed charges and I got him to fix my panel.

UPDATE!!!! my homegirl did a Facebook investigation and found the dude!! Haha crazy!!!!!! So now I know exactly where he works! And it seems like the car he hit me in is actually a dealer car where he's the owner/manager of! So I'm going to pay the dealership a visit tomorrow!!! He's guna get what's coming to him! And not in a violent way! (Married father of two) got babies to worry about! I'm pressing charges on his ***!!!

 

This will not be smart. What is he going to tell you? What if he has a criminal history? What if he has a gun?

If I were you, I would at the very least go with my lawyer. Better just put together the evidence and take him to a small claims court. Trying to confront a hostile person is some risk you shouldn't take if you don't have to.

 

that's crazy he is the manager of a dealership don't let his shop touch your car if he try's to say some **** like ill fix it but at this dealership. Go in there and let him know he's screwed, good luck
