So these past couple of days after work ive notice my a/c is not working like it should. It'll come on but when im driving itll go cold then warm. It feels like more cold then warm. My belt has not been replace per the recall. is there something i should be looking/listen for? the car recntly has been in a minor front end accident but she drives fine.

 

Did the condenser get any damage? There aren't many things that cause an A/C unit to not produce cold air. A leak in the system or a bad compressor are normally the culprits.

Does you sight glass have bubbles in it when you run it on max? If so you have a low charge and therefore a leak somewhere.

 

Where is the sight glass located?

 

You have an X so I'm not too sure. I know they are attached to the condenser line in the front of the car most of the time. Good luck.
