Has any one removed the stock reverse cam ? It looks kinda ugly having a thing sticking out on the back

But I am concerned the camera might be mounted on , so If you remove it , it might expose drilled holes

Also, non-removable. well, you can remove it, but there is a large hole behind it for the plug.

Nope, that's the OEM / dealer add-on camera. It does have a big hole behind it. You're looking at a trunk swap or a trip to the body shop to weld a plug, filler/paint.

Putting a camera under the bumper doesn't give the ideal perspective for reversing so they put it square in the trunk.

 

Yeah it kinda suck , one thing I like about the look of Evo 10 is the front and back ,but I dont think I am gonna worry too much about it , probably doesnt look that bad

Yeah in those pictures not too bad just grab it and enjoy.

 

Maybe buy a different trunk?

Sucky thing ?? Lol sorry it's a typo , what I meant to say is One thing I like about the Evo was its aggressive front and its rear , and the rear cam kinda suck as it ruin the look , perhaps the first photo the angle was abit funny , so it made the reverse cam Stand out

 

AHH ok that makes more sense lol. Yea in the other pics the cam doesn't look that noticeable but the first picture makes it stick out more.
