It's been a long time coming, but I'm now officially a part of the evolutionm community. I've been watching the forums ever since the VIII came to the U.S., but temporarily stopped looking at the forums after 2006 with the IX.
Now that I've got my hands on an Evolution X, I'm all . And back on the forums.
I'll be posting what my brother and I have done to the car, (mostly my brother's work) but as a first post to the community, I just made a quick teaser type of video of the car. It's my first video of many to come.
Thanks so much for the time and I hope you guys can accept me into your community!
You posted a nice video but it does not even show your car much. It is a Street Racing Video man.
You should make a nice video of your Evo X rolling and stuff.
But you post at the end to be safe and street racing is not very safe.
I am guilty of it my self but just saying.
Enjoy your car.
Will do. And yes, street racing isn't something to be done lightly and care definitely should be taken. Videos at the track, rolling, and other topics will be done for sure!
Many thanks for the comments.
Congrats and welcome, a neighbor of mine at one point had purchased a GG EVO X GSR and I really liked the way it cleaned up especially with some black wheels. Looking forward to future vids.

Thank you for the welcome and comments!
Haha and yes, they do clean up very nicely with black wheels.
And with respect to your username, I do love white! It has a certain purity to it.
What DSLR? Nice video, i wish i knew how to edit.. I JUST got into photography and need to get into editing.
The DSLR I'm using is a Sony α6000. I personally love the camera!
Editing will come with time! I'm still a newbie in editing...
Both photography and video are totally different beasts. Just a little intro, to get that really out of focus background, find a DSLR that can do a really fast F/#. Right now, fastest in production F/# is around F/1.2 or F/1.4. (A lot of DSLRs don't come with this fast of an F/# "off-the-shelf".)
Also, if you can, take advantage of Best Buy's return policy. You don't like the camera, return it and exchange it with another one.
Either way, just have fun and shoot lots of pictures and look at different angles! We're spoiled in this digital world...
