Evo X Harness bar help!!!!

Hello I have a track purpose Evo X. Still cant believe no one is building any harness bars for them. Any body here have one for sale. Sparco etc etc. any companies willing to make them again. Or atleast make one. Very interested in one. Thanks

If it's a car built for the track just get a roll cage, no need to only get a harness bar. Get a cage and it'll have a harness bar built into it.

Yep I know about the roll cages. The thing is I race the car in time attack but the category a race in the car in you dont need roll cage. Also roll cages are super heavy.

But if you go with a harness bar, make sure you check all the hardware. It's not like they've been FIA approved or anything. I'd trust my life to the Autopower Street 1/2 cage before I did a harness bar.

I know this is my first post and might not be taken well for my following advice:


Remember harness bars are not designed for the impact load rating that the factory locations for your 3 point seatbelt.


Harness bars are only designed to route the harness properly at the correct angle (usually between 0-20*) of the designated driver/passenger's shoulder height.
