I wanted a hellcat but it's twice the price so I settled with an x and I'm happy with my decision cause I surprisingly see more challenger hell cats and charger hellcats then evos in my county. Plus with my 8374 kit I should put up a good fight against them dodges

 

You don't need that much. None of these mega power cars can get decent traction. Buddy has a nice 2015 5.0 with 600 to the ground. Car drives fantastic, really well done with just a supercharger and great tune.

I nuked him easily from a stop because of traction. Could he pull me on a straight line on a highway? Sure. But who races that way lol. I love the EVO because it has so much fun and power where you need it and can actually use it.

 

An alpha Camaro SS is a pretty good ride if I never had to deal with crap weather.

 

This is true. I don't care to launch my car tho but still I'm sure even from a 2nd gear pull the evo would win. And your right these cars are alot of fun to drive regardless how old you are. I hate when people say there to old for these kinda cars....how does owning a v8 make u more mature.

 

I didn't even use launch control lol. Just buried my foot as I hear the squeeeeee of no traction next to me, then behind me, then nothing as I pulled further and further ahead.

 

the 335s have fuel pump problems,turbos,wastegate rattle,carbon build up in the intake,injector problems,coil plugs,water pumps... just some of the reasons i decided against one

 

Nice it's a great feeling being faster then cars that guys spent 70k plus on and think they own the road (Even tho most of them do)

 

Almost every race Ive had with the Evo has been straight line highway runs.

 

I hope you've been doing that exclusively in Mexico.

 

Counting how long it took me to convince my wife to get rid of the 2012 Scion Tc that she had to get an Evo no matter if it was an 8, 9, 10....something like 3 years. We were on vacation in Florida this year and I kept finding Evo X's on autotrader brand new so I convinced her with the help of my 6 year old son to go look at one.

 

I drove a '15 sti and didn't feel like i was driving the car so it was either between the golf r and the evo because of how much fun i had driving the 2. Obviously though i settled on the evo just because of the endless mods and still having a decent daily

 

I think is a scam when i see evo10,9 & 8for sale on craiglist.They dont know im a mitsubshi cert tech for 3 years and how valueable in Japan the Evolutions go.Its everyone Dreamcar worlwide.The evos are worth every penny to spend on.JPN evo x value 2016 is $24mil book.Us $3mil.etc
