I did the same over the weekend. Coming from s2k, I have to say that the car feels a bit on the heavy side when it comes to transitions from corner to corner. But the evo is definately faster car overall.

For real? YouTube and the Internet in general are packed full of videos showing how production-Not-Super fast cars outperform production-Super fast bikes on tracks where corners are prevalent. The liter bikes own the straights, however. You are totally correct there.

THe car handles on rails. I dont recommend doing canyon carving with the asc completely off. Maybe one beep off but not the full asc off. I would save that only for track days.

The evo does handles like its on rails. You feel the back end do its thing. Its very capable. I think with some good rubber and better suspension there is very little to do to improve it .

I've been very happy with Ohlins R&T's and Pilot Super Sports

What I have been particularly impressed by in the twistys in my evo is twisties in the RAIN.

it is SO impressive to me how that AWD can fight for grip like that.

put on some truly sticky tires like an RS3 or Star Spec, bigger tires and good coils like ohlins and prepare for a whole different level of speed and cornering, truly a great chassis.
