I've been looking into that one actually. Don't know how I feel about the blue tips though.

I've also been thinking about the Akrapovic

Dude, really there is 0 need to change it. I have a MAP open dump downpipe. I have a three year old and a 1month old. Babies sleep through everything, the noise will calm them. The new born sleeps better in the Evo than the family SUV. If you like your exhaust than keep it. Don't use having a newborn as an excuse to change it. Lol but if you don't like it now an you want something new than it sounds like a good "reason" to tell the old lady to get the exhaust you want.

Cheers an congrats on the exciting news

Thanks bud for the kind words.

You're the 4th person to tell me not to change it, one person in this thread did. How babies like it and it's calming. Appreciate the advice.

you could always weld in another resonator if it drones too much in the back seat. But the EVO will roar the baby to sleep quick.

Remove the res later after their hearing develops better, about 2yrs.

I have about 6 more months before I take the res off my MXP.

Kids go to sleep easier with that noise especially if they have been hearing it all along inside the womb you want to keep that not change it or it could be worse

Thanks for the great input guys. I still think I may switch to the ETS Quiet, the V2 sounds amazing but does drone and can be a bit much for daily driving. I know the wife hates it, lol. The quiet should still be loud enough to help the baby sleep, I'm sure.

If u like to b stealth then go for it but honestly I think u may disappointed in the long run with how quite it will be. Just get a nice exhaust and keep the cat on till your kid is older then get a test pipe and let the car breath
