Just hooked up a Non-nav OEM 2015 touchscreen radio in my 2008 Evo. Radio works OK, but all the service lights come up on the dash. is this non compatible with the lower years. or can the dealer fix it? Or do i need a kit for the conversion to a new radio!? I need help asap!!

The MMCS is a piece of crap anyway. If you have the option, maybe go with one of those Android head units. They're around $300 on eBay and work well for non-RF sound systems. For RF I think you need an adapter to connect the sub.

Don't really know much about the fault codes. Maybe try to pull the codes and look them up in the service manual or on google.
