Back License Plate Light Plug?

Last week I got rear ended, no big deal just minor bumper damage and license plate lights broke. Problem is it wasn't just the bulbs but the actual plugs were also broken. When I checked the dealer ship, the lights were $140 a piece for a total of $280 for the two. That's obviously ridiculous, but I can't seem to find them online; mainly because I don't know what they're actually called.

This is what i'm looking for (what he's holding in his right): https://i.ytimg.com/vi/w8DtJbQmJFA/maxresdefault.jpg
