PassThru Can Installation
Hey everyone,
Just figured I'd share this video/files encase anyone needed to install Mitsubishi PassThru software. This software allows you to flash your TCU and do teach ins and many other things.
My method does not involve messing with the registry like others' way!

If I goofed on anything (spelling etc.) sorry I threw this all together on the fly.
Instructions:
Please download and unzip this folder to your desktop: https://goo.gl/Rermp5
1. Download and install the application mover. Its completely free. If you have a 32 bit operating system install the 32 bit version, same if you have a 64 bit operating system install the 64 bit version.
2. After the installation completes go to the CANPassThru folder and open up the Setup file to start the installation of CANPassThru .
-The software will be able to be opened up but the functions will not all be there, they'll be grayed out.
3. Open up the Application Mover that you initially installed. In the current path we need to input C:\Program Files (x86)\PassThruCAN
Then in New Path it needs to be: C:\Program Files\PassThruCAN
The PassThruCAN software is 32 bit software but it needs to run out of the Program File folder.
4. Next right click the Mitsubishi icon on your desktop and where it says target delete out the (x86) portion.
5. Go back to the Passthru Installation folder you first downloaded. Copy ptc32.dll and paste it into C:\Program Files\PassThruCAN Replace the existing file.
6. Launch PassThru CAN and now you will see all functions work!

Neato! Does anybody know if the immobilizer function in this program will allow me to program a second key? My car was purchased used and only had one key.
