It looks like your options are either to find a wrecked FE in Canada, settle for 2008-2014 non-FE seats, settle for the ****ty 1998 Corolla seats you 'Mericans got, or go aftermarket.

Man that really narrows it down especially having those seats on backorder and that price

I honestly think the best option would be to find 2008-2014, say, cloth Recaros and get them reupholstered to look like the FE's if you really want that look. That way it's all fresh, and probably cheaper than trying to find & ship a set from up here.
