Hello! i just joined here and i have been desperate after getting my evo "legal" with even the smallest mod here in Norway... therefore i need some papers if anyone on here have.

In Norway we have this "import rule (§1-15)" that makes you skip some tests to get the plates on your car when you are registering it here, that have been done to my evo so i can't do any modifications on it... not even changing the wheels... to remove this i need some sort of TÜV papers, or specification papers from fabric on this modell so i can sell it for more and not being scared of the police all the damn time.
