Intake, full exhaust, and tune for power to start off. Then coilovers and a rear sway bar for handling. Also, get good tires and brake pads when you replace them. No point in spending thousands on upgrades if you have crappy tires/brakes.

For looks do whatever you like; wheels would be where I'd start.
This.

Not a mod but I would definitely check the fuel pump relay to make sure they are the newest version!

What are all the fluids to change specifically?

Diaqueen LSD for the Transfer Case and the Rear Diff
Diamond ATF for the Rear Diff AYC fluid
SSTF-1 for the SST
Redline D4 ATF for the ACD Pump in the rear of the car
Mobil 1 0W40 Engine Oil
Prestone DOT 4 or Better Brake Fluid
50% Prestone / 50% Distilled Water for Coolant
Top Tier 93 Gas
Redline Power Steering Fluid for Power Steering

I think that's everything.

Any ideas are welcome, Thanks guys!!
SST?

Change the fluid with SSTF-1 and a new paper filter.

Honestly, if you're planning on keeping the car for awhile:

3 Cans of SSTF-1
Paper Filter (can get cheap from Kozmic)
Dodson Heated Sump (Also from Kozmic)
CBRD Radiator (If you get the heated sump)
Radiator Hoses if you choose to
1 Gal Prestone Coolant Concentrate
1 Gal Distilled Water
5 Qt. Mobil 1 0W40
Purolator PL14459 Oil Filter

That's not a bad start.

You don't really need the Heated Sump if you're going to only street drive the car. However, if you do, make sure the car has been moving at load for at least 10-15 minutes before you go WOT at all. Otherwise, you run the risk of the transmission not being warm enough.

Whoa!! That is quite amazing. One shortcoming with the stock plastic shifter is that it's not the most reliable. Especially when you consider Evo X's shifts are so rough and heavy, I'm worried that it might not last long.

What advantages does the TWM shifter have over the stock plastic one?

By the way, I do have the TWM short shifter installed and thoroughly enjoyed it great shifts in the past 3 years.
