Drivetrain and transmission fluid change
I'm going to change my diff, ATP fluid, transmission, and t case fluid I just wanted to know what's the capacity for each? And how it would be helpful thanks

3qts for the tans, 1qt for the tcase, 1qt for the rear diff gear side, 1qt for the rear diff torque mechanism side.
To fill the trans, I remove the reverse switch and the breath cap. Use a funnel to pour 3qts in through the reverse switch hole, and ship it.
Tcase and gear oil side of the rear diff: Both of these do not fill well through the fill plug. They puke fluid back out well before they are full. I pump a FULL quart into them through the DRAIN plug, drive the car around, 1-2 miles. Then, put it back in the air and pull the FILL plugs to let the excess fluid drain out. I let it drain off the excess until its just small stream of fluid, then plug it back up.
Torque mechanism side of the rear diff, just fill it through the fill plug.

For daily driving about once a year or about every 15,000 miles is fine. Depends on how hard you drive though. If you start tracking the car I would do it after every 2-3 events; though people have their own preferences and some do it every track day.

For typical daily driving, if you drive the car like you would drive a camry, every 30k is fine. If you drive harder, or take the car on "spirited" drives on twisty roads, I would do it every 15-20k. If you autocross once a month, every 10k. If you track the car, I generally change fluids before, and after, each event.
