Talking 4b11t build or replace?

I blew my engine last December and I have not had time to fix it or the money to replace it yet until now.... So, I need some help! I have a block that I bought cheap with lightly scorned cylinder wall in the 1st cylinder wall.
So my question is should I buy a used complete block for around 3200.00 or sleeve the block I have and put oem parts back in it (around 3000.00 in parts) and throw back on my Cosworth Cams, FP wastegate, Injector Clinic injectors, and put in new valves (because I know that the valves got bent in cylinder 1). Ether way I guess I will have to pay for engine swap and tune or engine build and tune. I am not trying to put a lot of power down in this car just trying to have my daily driver with a little bit of power back. I am Active Duty Army so money is not what I have a lot of. So please don't give me a list of things I can do just give me the fastest route to driving my car again. Any help is very appreciated and thanks for the time.

I added pictures so you know I mean what I said...

If I was in your place, I would try and find a good low mileage working engine out of a wrecked evo. Then i guess tear down the bad, non grenaded motor for parts. Which you can keep as spares or sell to recoup some money.

Also bit of a side note, don't forget to also replace the oil cooler. When an engine grenades all kinds of bad things get inside of it, get lodged up, and are just waiting to come loose and destroy your new engine.

Just have the block darton sleeved. Stock bore. Replace oil cooler. Head might be useable.
Also new oil pump. Cams and cvvts also timing chain and tensioners.

It would be ridiculous to sleeve a block and put OEM rods and pistons back in.

A BRAND NEW OEM short block is $2700 or you can find low mileage complete long blocks for under $4k.

Sleeves with forged pistons and rods. Not stock

I have been looking for a used long block out of a newer EVO GSR but every time I try to get it has been sold. So now I am waiting on Copart to release one for sale so that the junk yard can buy it and then I can buy it from them... I can't believe how bad I have oil every where under the hood. I am just thinking of sleeving my block and buying upgraded 4340 parts so they will handle 1000hp but in reality be tuned for 450hp at most. I might keep looking for another week and see what engine turns up.

I would contact TSComp and see what he can do for you. He offers a pretty good discount for active/veteran military.

I would not buy a used Evo engine, you don't know how it's been treated. If you're strapped for cash, and the head is good, I would get a new OEM short block and have it installed.

Or find one out of a Ralliart. More common to find those stock, and in stock form they're not pushed hard at all.

light strong rods like Carillo H beam
Pistons (stock specs) i would go with Wiseco
ARP studs

Take a look at car-part.com. They have inventory of recyclers around the nation. You should be able to find a used long block from a recycler in your area. If youre looking to unload the short block shoot me a pm when you can.
