I have some serious vibrating issues with that plastic piece in the back top deck where the rear speakers are. I need to know how to remove this plastic piece so I can lay down some thin carpet or something and place the plastic back on.

Do I have to remove the entire seats? Do I need to remove the side pillars?

You need to remove the upright part of the rear seat and in order to do that you need to remove the lower part so yes, you need to remove the seats. Pretty easy to do though.

Yeah, super easy. I think the X lower just pops out, doesn't even use a latch like the 8/9. Then the upper portion is one bolt on each end at the bottom.
