Video of whats going on if anyone could enlighten me on what exactly this means. My fluid reservoir is filled. No other lights ever come on.

Flashing AWC light

 

Your ACD pump is shot. It has internal corrosion and loses pressure internally. It is covered by Mitsubishi as part of a technical bulletin, and my dealer covered it even with substantial mods on the car.
It is due to the pump being made of what is essentially pot metal.

 

When you do replace it, get a pump relocation kit and move it to the trunk then it won't be an issue again. This is a good idea especially if you drive the car in winter.
