Exhaust Manifold to Turbo Bolt Threads

Exhaust Manifold to Turbo Bolt Threads
Blew the gasket between my exhaust manifold and turbo. Bought a replacement gasket, 4 bolts and 8 washers.
Installed them all today but found that 1 of 4 bolts would not thread. The passenger side closest to the engine.
This was there the actual gasket blew so I think the threads in the area are shot.
What's my best solution, can someone likely tap with an M10 or rethreading tool?
Am i safe to drive missing 1 of 4 bolts - i know this will likely affect boost & fuel efficiency.
What kind of shop should I be contact for something like this or is there a simple tool I could purchase?
Hoping to be able to use the stock bolt size still.
