EVO X - Problem lights ASC and ABS

I have an Lancer Evolution X, from 2009, and I have a problem and I thank you for your help in order to identify the problem and find a solution.

When I start the car on the dashboard the ABS and ASC lights up, asking to take the car to the workshop. These two lights, as the car moves, sometimes turn off, turning on many kilometers forward.

What do you think it might be?
Thanks

Hello,

It has not been replaced. The lights sometimes came on at the beginning when the engine works and sometimes they go on sometimes they are off.
I can't find a scenario that explains why the lights go on ?!

Thanks.
Francisco

Sounds like your AYC pump is going bad. I just had the same issue last year. I had to find out from the dealership, and it's not a cheap replacement unless you can have them do it for free under recall/warranty. Good luck.

A bad or damaged wheel speed sensor would get the ABS and stability lights on.

Did you ever find the problem? Mine does the same thing but I know it’s my wheel speed sensor. Damn bolt broke when removing the old one :/ haven’t drilled it out yet so it’s a little lose in there.

I haven't solved it yet, I have a maintenance service on the brand and when I go there, I have to validate the error code that the machine is providing. Last time, the mechanic told me it was the ABS electronic module. But as the lights are not always on, I am doubtful on this issue.
