Exhaust to turbo bolt keeps coming loose

Hey all,

I wanted to see if anyone else has had any experience regarding the manifold bolt that keeps coming loose.

Out of the 4 bolts, only the bottom left corner one keeps coming loose.

I know bolts can loosen from heavy/hard driving but mine seems to come loose when under normal driving.

If the other 3 are tight, will it cause any leaks with that 1 bolt loosened up?

I am trying a locking washer to see if that helps.

Lock washer might help. Re-torquing to spec when the manifold is hot also helps.

Replace the gasket, and the bolts. Torque to 45ftlbs. And use the OEM convex spring washers. FP sells them. You use 2 per bolt like this
==()==, shouldn't have issues anymore.
