The EGT sensor probe thats mounted on the manifold keeps loosening up after some time. Is there anything I can use so that it stays tight? Maybe thread lock, not sure if thats a good idea on the manifold that gets that hot.

 

Just a comment on thread lock or 'Loc-Tite'...... Don't use the green stuff unless you never want to remove it again.

I used some on the flange studs on my old T-3 setup on my honda, and all I can say is that it never came loose. After some time I had f*cked the threads up on the stud, and had to try and remove it. Drilled a hole in the stud and tried an ez-out, and snapped it off in the stud. Long story short, green 'Loc-Tite' is very strong and holds high temps.
