A windows 8 tablet is actually very useful here, it's full windows 10, has usb host, touch screen, can be charged by micro usb - literally same as phones. And the most important thing is, they are built around 2014, matches my 14.

But a 5 pin micro usb port is slightly hard to find. Most charging cables require 4 pins only, common otg cables short circuited 4/5 pins directly.
