Radiator motor is not engaging on my 2014 MR. I am starting to overheat. Should I replace the fan motor ?

 

Yes or just get new fans w/ new motors, they aren't too pricey

 

Agree completely, try to get OEM Mitsubishi stuff, easy to fit and works great. I've seen some "OE aftermarket" replacement stuff that does not work well at all.
If you can't get OEM mitsu, hands down the best aftermarket option with a huge range of sizes and airflow ratings would be SPAL fans Ideally you would want to use a nice fan shroud as well. I used dual 13" spal fans on my VR4 and they have worked great 10+ years now.
