ill try to make this short to not take alot of your time.

when i turn on the A/C the RPM Drops, and starts to fluctuate between 200 to 1000, basically every time it hits 200 the Compressor disengages, so the RPM goes back to 1000 then Compressor engages again and RPM Drops, and So On.

also i can feel this when I'm driving, if I'm cruising lets say at 60 MPH, i can feel when the Compressor engage, its affecting the power a lot, not in a normal way. it feels like the Engine is not compensating for the A/C when the Compressor is engaged.

you might think it the tune but i have been running the same tune for 4 years now, i tried several OTS tunes from Cobb.

at first i thought it might be the compressor, to make sure, i tried to disconnect the MAF, and the issue disappeared, so it ruled out Compressor, so I Swapped the MAF, but that didn't fix the issue. i believe the issue happens when the Car is in Closed Loop.

any clues, ideas, suggestions would be much appreciated.

Tial BOV ( RECIRCULATED)

Cobb accessport Custom Tune.



all of this mods has been the same for the past 4-5 years.

did u check the Ac filters ? the air filters

 

thank for replying, i did clean the Intake Filter and the MAF.
for the AC Filter i clean it regularly, i dont think the issue from the AC it self, it blows cold air
