Looking for Trunk Width measurement

Don't own an evo X. Was wondering if someone could take some quick measurements of the trunk.

Looking for the width of the trunk (red lines in photo) in 2 spots.

Like 1" from the rear corner across.

And something like 7" from the rear corner across.

Trying to determine if an evo X wing will work on a non evo car.

Thanks!

Just give this one bump, in hopes someone will help.

Otherwise I guess I will have to measure some random person's trunk.

Wow, if it gets any livelier in here, a funeral will break out...

Measurement at the 1" mark is 47 1/4 inch

At the 7" mark is a lot less accurate with the wing in place. I measured the underside, which has a carpet panel that bulges out a bit. I'd estimate that around 48 3/4", give or take a quarter to half inch.

There are apps available that can help with this. They utilize your phone's camera to measure distances and can be surprisingly accurate. You just need to make sure your phone is level and the measurements are taken from the right angles. To measure the trunk width accurately, you might want to use a digital ruler on phone.

If you don't want to use an app, you could also use a regular tape measure. Place one end of the tape on the side of the trunk and measure across to the other side.
