Hey guys-

Does anyone know a link to Mine's? I'd like to get the carbon trunk piece that sits under the wing. It looks cool-anyone know about it?

 

If it's an Evo trunk lid you're looking at, it won't work. At the very least, the lights are a different shape.

 

I could be wrong- but I'm pretty sure the trunks on the evo and us lancer are identical

i think ur talking bout the trunk LIP rite? the one that you stick over the trunk to make the wing more aerodynamically effective...

another thing is... i'm planning to shop alot from Mine's but i just cant justify paying almost 300 bucks for that little piece of thing...

 

yeah- that's the one. I could download the japanese text supprt, so I had no idea it cost so much.

When I get the 7 I'll be getting mostly JUN stuff for performance, but the mine's exhaust and carbon lip are awsome.

Can't wait for my very own evo!

 

i dunno bout the mine's exhaust, i've seen the dyno map of it in an old issue of Option (i'll try to find a scan) and its got a ton of back pressure, i mean, its probably good for up to 2000 rpm, but it really suffers because of the muffler's design. where as the turbo outlet and downpipe i think is very well made... and their other chassis stiffening items.

 

yeah the trunk lip is 36000 yen, US-Yen is 1-133 rite now, which would make it around 270, include shipping from Japan and tax ur looking at atleast 300...
