OK my car didn't come with the nav since i live in canada. i installed the navi and looked up on the wirein diagrams for the video input. You will notice that if you pull the stereo out and run your hand down the dash to where the video/audio aux should be the connector is there. I went to mitsu and got them to look at the lancer gts and ordered the video rca box. I don't remember how much it was cause i bought the sirius antenna and the roof wiring harness and the rca box and gps and a few other things lol. I cut out the location of where the rca box should be with a dremel and it just clicks into place.... easy install

Bump -- I am also interested in this.

I only have the red and white jacks under the AUX Flap.

I am wondering also -- If I had the video jack, and I had, for example, iPod plugged in, could I play videos and view pictures on the Nav unit? Thanks in advance.

Where the red and white jacks are, if you open that piece up there is already a wire run for the video. You just have to solder an input on there and it will work. Someone on here did it actually.

Ill have to take a look at my buddies when I get the chance. Just thinking about this. I was watching the Top gear review and seen that they had an Ipod connected to the radio. I wonder if you can use the same line and just splice in an RCA connector to it???

So are the Audio inputs only useful if you have the Nav screen? Could I hook my MP3 player up to the audio inputs and play my mp3 player through the stereo? I don't see an aux option on my stereo so I'm guessing the answer is no. I have the SSS package btw.

if you get a Y splitter that takes 2 RCA(red,White) and converts them into a headphone jack you should be able to use your Cd player.
