AMS coldair intake with no vacum inputs???

AMS coldair intake with no vacum inputs???

hey this is my prblem head valve hose and the turbo short hose both vacums i think...
i bought a ams intake and its got no plug ins for those what to do .?????

breather bungs for the crank case and boost control solenoid.no inputs for those i need help ...lol....
if i dont plug those my check engine light goes on !?!?!

well for the vacuum for the boost selonoid you can you can cut the one from the vacuum for the blow-off valve. because the boost controller just needs a vacuum line for the sensor.

you didn't get the optional bungs i see. the hose from the engine will need a breather filter, and the other solenoid tube (the small one) can be just left in the open - that's the evap hose and recycles oil.

Get an oil catch can.... Dont just leave the hoses open or whatever unless you want an oily engine. Some people claim there isnt much oil that comes out... but there is.

You need a catch can if you didn't buy the one that utilizes the stock bungs.

The small tube can be left open, yes, but it's not an evap hose and no oil will come from it. It's the hose that the boost control solenoids bleed boost pressure through.

I bought the same one and i have an oil catch can, just havnt got it installed yet...i asked AMS personally at the MOD

didnt finish (accidently hit enter), but anyways i asked them at the MOD and they said i could leave it open too...but im just wondering do u lose boost like that?
