Can anyone tell me how much for just the flywheel install. I recently got an ACT clutch and they re-surfaced my stock flywheel. But i can smell this **** again and almost positive stock flywheel is weak

It would be the same as if they did a full clutch job.

Your flywheel is not something you need to worry about... the only reason you would swap it out is for a lighter one, to reduce rotational mass. The smell you are smelling is probably normal since you have a new clutch, and should be breaking it in.
