removing front seats?
1. disconnect ground on the battery
2. pull out 4 covers of each seat, this will expose the 4 bolts. i think they are 14mm
3. unplug sockets underneath the seats, 3 on each seat.
on the passenger side the seatbelt anchor is actually attached on the bracket of the rear seat so you need to loosen that before you take out the 4 bolts. i think this is 17mm

I hate posts like these. The people that do know why don't you just point to the right direction without commenting. I already took them out using what the guy said above. Thanks beetle. I did do a search but used advance cus didn't want to mix it with the 8 and 9 seats. Didn't think i needed to do the search in the lancer section.
