Request: HID alignment

I have a Canadian Ralliart with HIDs should be the same housings as the X. here's my question:

I have a bit of a problem with the pattern on my headlights.

The car was in for service today and I asked if they could aim the headlights a little better, the response was no we cannot aim the HID lights they're set from the factory.... I had to call BS on this.

I did some poking around and found two bolts with dust covers over them buried on each end of the housings. are these the horizontal adj bolts?

Does anybody have any info on this, I did a bit of a search and came up with nothing for the newer cars, maybe the EVO X guys could chime in?

Whats wrong with your headlights? The driver side light should be lower than the passengers if that's what you're seeing.

mine was opposite, the passenger side was lower. i just adjusted it against the wall, drove around for a night and re-adjusted them so they weren't too high.

Yes exactly Thank You.

The drivers side is far too low, I understand the need to not blind oncoming traffic but the pattern puts a unlit section at about 40ft in front of the car, even with the lights leveled fully upwards.
