Has anyone found these cheaper than below? $52 shipping seems high.

Japanparts:

330-022-001 62079R/ 62079L COVER, FRONT BUMPER AIR INTAKE (#39) LH $44.29
330-022-001 62079R/ 62079L COVER, FRONT BUMPER AIR INTAKE (#40) RH $44.29
330-022-002 62050R/ 62050L GARNISH, FRONT BUMPER (#3) LH $11.33
330-022-002 62050R/ 62050L GARNISH, FRONT BUMPER (#4) RH $11.33

Parts Total: $111.24
Freight (10-15 days): $52.00
Grand total: $162.24

Another question, say I take the fog lights out now, can the JDM RS stuff be installed without removing the whole bumper cover again?

Nop, you must take out your whole bumper, its actually easier then I previously thought.

They're doing a deal on shipping at the moment and have got a complete set to order - 330-022-001-S
Something like $35 shipped to NorCal.

Is it "safe" to DD with the fog lights removed and nothing put in it's place? Can I just put some wire mesh?

It will look unfinished without the trim piece , but shouldn't hurt anything.

I just installed the fog delete kit on my MR, its super easy. You'll spend more time taking off the bumper than taking of the fogs. But the thing I ran into is that the mesh for the fog delete kit is black but the mesh on the MR is grayish. It doesn't match exactly so now I'm either going to have to paint the intercooler mesh and the upper grill mesh black or order the OEM GSR mesh parts from Mits. Cause the whole front grill assembly on the MR is gray compared to the GSR's black, that includes the front bumper cover, the plastic behind the chrome trim, etc.
