How would you use a trolly jack?

How would you use a trolly jack?
Is there a place in the front and/or rear undercarriage to place a hydraulic trolly jack that will safely allow you to lift the vehicle to put jack stands under neath.
This is pertaining to the 2008 Evo X MR. Any help/pics. would be appreciated. Thank you.
