Prosport Wideband/Boost Gauges Not working?

My local shop has installed two different Prosport Wideband gauges from Perrin and we cant get it to work. It turns on but doesn't read. The sensor doesn't fire, (two different sensors). The first time they (Wideband/Boost) we installed the were ran on the same power, ground etc..... The second set was installed on separate circuits, still the same result just doesn't read, arrow points strait down. The only time I got the Wideband to work somewhat was when they were ran inline, I had accidentally pulled one of the connectors out of the boost gauge and then the Wideband started functioning. Please Help!

Check out some of the threads listed under boost gauge install. I think its the how to install boost gauge thread but closer to the end. I want to say a guy was having a similar problem and it was misplaced wiring and constant power mixup.

Worst. Shop. Ever. If they couldn't get GAUGES to work, never let them touch under your hood.

wow, sounds like you've got some serious wiring issues. some people can get confused with the Prosport gauges because they can be wired several ways to get the color change effect.
I would go to a different shop, because even if they did wire it correctly, anyone good with wiring would pull out a multimeter and find out for sure what part is giving the issue.
Good luck! and post up with any info or results!
