i bought these VARIS FENDER VENTS. please help me how can i install them.

Pop off the rear section of the wheel well splash shield and you should be able to see inside the fender to see what holds the stock one in place. be sure the crank the steering wheel all the way to the left when orking on the driver side, and all the way to the right when working on the passengers side
