I need some gauge mounting Ideas. I currently have a boost gauge on the steering column, and a HKS knock amp gauge below the HVAC controls.
I got a EGT, Oil Pressure, and Oil Temp gauge for cheap, and need some ideas on where to put them.
I have ruled out the A-pillar, because I dont like that look.
The HKS Knock amp doesn't dim at night, this makes it kind of bright at night, so I would like to leave it where it is.
I am thinking of getting 3 gauge cups, and put them on the dash, just above the stereo.
All 4 gauges I have are defi racer gauges.

I just installed my WB and Boost under the A/C controls....I know the AEM gauges fit EXACTLY inside of a 2" black PVC coupler. Looks clean and cost 77 cents per gauge! Try to get some pics up later.

Custom made by CBRD and held with double sided tape. The gauge is from PLX Devices. Boost/Vac and Wideband AFR in one!

I cannot believe more folks arent running the CP-E one. It literally SNAPS into the oem stock location on top of the dash right above the cluster. If you look on top of the dash above the cluster, there is a removable piece of abs plastic that snaps out, and CP-E made a pod that snaps right into it's place. Wiring for the gauges drops right down behind the cluster.

Here's a pic of my installation...

You should buy a replacement steering wheel cover OEM and drill holes to install the perrin gauge mount behind the wheel. I had ordered all the parks needed and was ready to install but then I changed my mind about the tune and sold the gauges but the setup would have been clean. Let me know if you want the steering wheel cover and I can send it to you for cost of shipping. good luck.
