Installing ABS brakes

I have an 09 RS without ABS, what parts are needed in order to install ABS similar to the GSR car

How bad do you want it? I would assume there is quite a bit needed. cv-shafts, lines, module, computer, etc.

Pretty bad
I wonder if somebody around here had installed ABS on an RS car to provide full information about it?

I don't see what's the big deal with RS' unless you use it on the track! I'm planning for a turbo upgrade soon & the non-abs brakes are barely adequate with current stock power level!
I really need some information to add ABS, like a list of all parts needed, so I could order them from Mitsubishi.

At the very least you will need:

ABS ECU
Brake lines
Axles
Front + rear spindles with ABS sensors
Wiring harnesses
ABS pump

What's new with your TME project? I still have my VI, a friend of mine did an 02 lancer to JDM Evo 7 conversion few months back.
