HELP: CLeaning Bronze VOLKS

I bought some 19*10.5+12 CE28n for MY WW EVOX. they are in great condition. No curb rash at all but they have water marks on the spokes and the lip. It seems to not look fresh part of the rim looks somewhat dry ( if that makes sense. I tried using some Cleaners but it didnt do the job.

any suggestions?
wax? clay bar..i dont know. i just want them cleaner

PICS!.. they look dry.. if that makes any sense.

Clay bar will work. Mix some vinegar with your soap. If not, and it is etched into the paint, get yourself a very light polish and that should take it off.

Yes, try vinegar. Stray away from all those harsh chemicals. They can eat stuff up.

It's not paint. Bronze volks are anodized. Overtime the color fades a bit, which is what you are seeing. Happens to all bronze volks over time.

I would try Brasso.

Brasso can be used on anything metal to clean and polish to a high shine without damaging or pitting the surface, and without a thick waxy thick buildup. From coin collections to photo frames, you can use Brasso on a wide assortment of household items.

It's pretty much safe on everything:
