As a general rule, upgrade to the latest version your region supports..
For you, that would be 70.04.

Yup, just make yourself a CD from the iso, and follow the normal instructions..

There is a bit of backend scripting now that automagically adds your email name to the bottom of the "thank-you" list as soon as the email from paypal arrives... If you want it changed to your username on here, let me know..
If you don't see your name appear within about 10 mins of the donation, something has gone horribly wrong, and please let me know...
