DVD in Motion Update 2012 MMCS
On a side note, I wasn't sure how many people were aware that there is another sub-menu located from within 'Service' (set + navi) screen. To access this screen, which is called 'Development Service', you press and hold the menu button down for about 3.5 seconds when you are on the 'Service' screen. Also, if you are in the 'Versions Indication' screen and you press and hold the menu button for about 3.5 seconds, you will be taken to a 'Loading Program' screen, as mentioned in my previous post. There may be even more sub-service menus that can only be accessed if you press and hold the menu button down when you are in different sections of 'service' but those were the only two that I came across.
Maybe everyone already knew about these extra hidden menus already since I know the MMCS has been out for awhile, but I figured I'd share it anyways to anyone who didn't know. Granted the screens don't mean much or do anything for me, but perhaps they can help aide in future developments for MMCS hacks and more.
I've attached a couple of photos of the screens.

So I know this was touched on at some point but is it possible to add RDS to the navi since the mmcs has it everywhere except the US...or would that require another antenna which isnt installed?
Good question! It seems like the MMCS units that have RTT (real time traffic) are pulling RDS information. I can't remember what screen I was on, but under one of the service menu options, it showed what station was providing me with RTT and it also showed RDS information from the station.

1. Hold Set + Navi for 3.5 seconds
2. On the service screen go to page 2
3. Select the option for TMC Sensitivity and you should be taken to the TMC Information screen
4. PS Name should be displaying the RDS information
I've attached a screen shot of what my MMCS looks like on that screen.
The way I was able to see what I believe to be RDS information was the following:
1. Hold Set + Navi for 3.5 seconds
2. On the service screen go to page 2
3. Select the option for TMC Sensitivity and you should be taken to the TMC Information screen
4. PS Name should be displaying the RDS information
