Hey so I am a complete moron- I thought I was deleting 1 cd off the hdd but it wiped all 50 or so of them which I spent hours ripping!!! Can anyone help? Or am I S.O.L>?

If you remove the hdd and connect it to the computer, you can use some file recovery apps to recover the files. This isn't 100% effective. You'll be able to recover many files but not all. The app I usually use to recover files can be downloaded at http://undeletemyfiles.en.softonic.com/.

I think an index file was erased....I dont think it is as simple as a windows file recovery software but thanks for the advice....

I hope Otaku has something major in the pipeline. After all I sold him the MMCS unit that I stripped from my '08 GTS for pretty much chicken scratch, so he finally has a working unit to experiment with...

look pretty tricky to be honest and i dont even know what version is mine since i cant access the main menu i have a lancer gts 09

Thanks for the tutorial, so far so good. Haven't actually went out to try it yet.

Just a quick side note; instead of the Windows 7 cd burner, I used an app called PowerISO. It's free as well and works great.

Think I've finally managed to source the witing loom for it, so hopefully I'll have a working dev system soon..
