Anyone know how to remove the lids of the 2 push to open compartments in the center console below the ac/heat knobs? I've searched but only saw threads removing dash and door trims. Thanks

is it the glossy black interior like the MR? If so, you don't, you remove the entire assembly

i was able to remove the shifter trim but couldnt figure out how to remove these 2.

I've never done it with those two cubbys. Mine was the standard version. Check out a short shifter install to get started.. The have to take out the whole center console.

 

I've got the same lids in my x gsr. Are you trying to cover them in carbon fiber like the shifter console? I want to do the same but I am between wrapping them or hydrographics or a c/f veneer kit. What is your shifter console covered with?
