How to disconnect ayc pump - please help
I’ve searched and haven’t found anything on how to disconnect the ayc pump. I see two electrical connections at the pump in the rear passenger side. Do I just disconnect these and the pump will be turned off?
I am going to flush my transfer case because there is fluid coming out the breather hole only when I drive the car.
i am thinking the acd seals have failed which caused this. So I want to disconnect the pump so it stops sending fluid to the TC.
when fluid is added to the trunk Reservoir it goes down and the only leak is when the car is driven (through the breather hole)
this is for a 2010 evo X se - SST trans that’s was rebuilt by jacks recently.
Any advice is appreciated thank you !

Thank you. I am a novice/enthusiast (not a mechanic) so this should give me some thing to read and learn from lol.
I can do basic things like fluid changes and suspension/brakes maintenance.
so this will be a new challenge for sure.
I am guessing I need to read up on the section with remove/installing the SAWC pump.
