Hey guys, I want to install some Bride seats that I have but I know that the stock Recaros have airbags. Will the car just throw an SRS light? I can live with that light on, but I dont want to affect anything else. Any ideas?

 

It will only throw an SRS light. Nothing else will be affected.

 

I went bride got a SRS light on but then again I don't have air bag steering wheel

From what I heard. Tees won't even have JDM Evo X seat rails in until May. Even then, they still don't know if they will work on the USDM X.

 

what would you gain from jdm Evo X seat rails??

 

I think you misunderstood what I wrote. Currently, Bride does not make seat rails for the USDM X, only the JDM one. Tees is test fitting a set of JDM rails in a USDM car to see if they fit properly. If they don't fit then bride will have to go back to the drawing board to make special rails for the USDM car.

And for anybody that wants quality seat brackets for any type of car, check out Wedge Engeneering (sp?). They even sell seat rails.

 

not to take this off topic, but if you are willing to sell your recaros, let me know how much you want, id love to have a set of those

 

I just got off the phone with Shino from Lot-USA (aka Bride USA), and the rails will be test fitted at Tanabe-USA's facility in early April. The brackets should go on sale later that month.
