Photoshop Help!

Can anyone photoshop a Wicked White X with magnetic blue powder coated stock rims please? thanks in advance..

Not sure what "magnetic blue" is (LOL), but here you go! Next time, why not say...Royal blue, or electric blue or something on the color scale!?

I think he's referring to Magnesium Blue, which is a limited color offered by Volk Wheels.

Damn... mind looks kinda sh*tty... the jpeg conversion didn't look so nice, compared to the psd.
