It did. The mods probably moved it.

 

What size are those tires?

 

^ They are 250/640 18" Dunlop Slicks 008 compound. so not that wide, nice fit on a 9.5 inch rim.

I like how it looks with the intercooler plastic covers off, I would take mine off but I dont want to loose the air flow guide cooling benefits they provide.

 

are those your stock front fenders? i know the vent plastics are removed but it still looks different lol

It is a stock fender, with the plastic vent removed and the body cut away. The car has a twin HKS oil cooler system, and these openings pull air over the wheel arch as well as reducing the pressuer in the wheel well.
